I have had this picture for a while and have wanted to use it – these are White Cockatoos that hang around the Swan River/Bell Tower area. I loved the glow on this picture.

Are these wild birds or is this some kind of zoo?
In any case, how wonderful it must be to look up and see these beauties in your trees!
@ halcyon – Yeah these are wild birds, they are usually in large flocks around the river foreshore. They are also really really loud! But they seem quite friendly and allow you to get pretty close
These bird pictures are beautiful. Where I live, I have to make do with scabby pigeons, although having said that, they are also beautiful, in their own, I guess.
